ISO 10816

ROVIK's analytical core

ROVIK rigorously applies the ISO 10816 standard for mechanical vibration measurement. For each inspection, the technician captures up to 18 readings — drive-end (DE) and non-drive-end (NDE) bearings, across three axes (horizontal, vertical, axial) and three quantities (velocity, acceleration, displacement).

The app automatically classifies the machine into the correct severity zone based on its class (I to IV).

Zone B — Acceptable

A complete toolbox

✍️

Binding signature

The client's handwritten signature is sealed with a SHA-256 hash combined with GPS and timestamp. Solid proof in case of dispute, Law 25 compliant.

📄

Instant PDF reports

A professional, branded report generated and archived as soon as the visit ends — ready to send to the client.

📶

Offline-robust

Reliable deferred sync: data captured without a network uploads automatically once reconnected.

👥

Multi-technician handling

Split a visit across several technicians and allocate labour by trade and hourly rate.

🧾

Work orders

Turn an inspection into a billable intervention: parts, labour and Quebec taxes (GST/QST) calculated automatically.

📈

Predictive tracking

Per-equipment vibration history to spot trends and anticipate failures before they happen.

📷

Photo documentation

Capture anomalies as images, attached to the equipment and geolocated.
