⚙ ISO 10816 compliant

Industrial maintenance, reinvented.

At the heart of ROVIK: ISO 10816 vibration measurement. All around it, the app runs the full visit cycle — clients, equipment, anomaly photos, binding signature and PDF report — on a tablet, even offline.

What ROVIK does

The full inspection cycle, in one tool

From field measurement to signed report — no re-entry, no paperwork.

📊

ISO 10816 analysis

Capture all 18 readings per inspection (DE/NDE bearings × H/V/A) with automatic A-to-D zone classification by machine class.

✍️

Binding signature

Client signature secured with SHA-256 hash, timestamp and GPS — legal value compliant with Quebec's Law 25.

📄

Automatic PDF reports

A professional report generated and archived at the end of each visit, ready to send. No more desk write-ups.

Why ROVIK

Built by field people, for the field

ROVIK was born in plants, not in an office. Every screen answers a real constraint of industrial maintenance.

  • Real time savings. No more double entry between paper notes and the office.
  • Reliable data. ISO thresholds are computed by the app, not eyeballed.
  • Data sovereignty. Hosted in Canada (Toronto), Law 25 compliant.
  • Adopted in under a day. Simple interface, made for technicians, not IT specialists.

Frequently asked questions

Everything we get asked

What is ISO 10816 vibration analysis?

The ISO 10816 standard governs the measurement of mechanical vibration on rotating machinery (motors, pumps, fans, conveyors). It grades vibration severity into four zones, from A (new) to D (risk of failure), based on machine class. ROVIK applies this standard natively: the technician captures up to 18 readings per inspection and the app automatically computes the severity zone.

Does ROVIK work without an Internet connection?

Yes — ROVIK is built for plants with no signal. Inspections, photos and signatures are stored locally on the tablet, then everything syncs automatically when connectivity returns. The technician never stops working.

How much does ROVIK cost?

Pricing is per technician, based on team size: from $29 to $49 per technician per month (founder rates, early access). 60-day free trial, no credit card, no commitment, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is the electronic signature legally binding?

Yes. Every client signature is sealed with a SHA-256 hash combined with a timestamp and GPS coordinates, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25. The resulting PDF report stands as solid evidence in case of dispute.

Where is the data hosted?

All data is hosted in Canada (Toronto region), for data sovereignty and Law 25 compliance. Your data is yours: CSV and PDF export is guaranteed at all times.

When will ROVIK be available?

ROVIK is in active development. A pilot program runs in fall 2026 with our own field crews, before a gradual opening to the first external teams. The early access program is open: the first teams to sign up get founder pricing and priority onboarding.
